BELLECURE Signature BN-M11 6-in-1 Electric Massage Scraper

I have never used one of these before, so wasn't sure what to expect. But I gotta say it really helps. It charges pretty quickly, and I can use it 2-3 different times over large areas before recharging. I love that it comes with a stand, also. I use it mainly on my glutes and hips, since these muscles are always tight on me ( I'm 50 yrs old and on my feet on concrete all day). It really is helping. I wake up in the morning, and most of the time it's hard to walk, but after using this scraper over my lower back, hips, glutes, and the back of my upper thighs, I feel ready to run a mile. I'm not gonna lie, it is painful at the beginning, but gets easier as the knots in the muscles are worked out. Definitely use with a serum or wear tight clothes while using, otherwise it will feel like you are ripping your skin off. I like the heat and the vibration options. I'm not versed in this enough yet to notice a difference in the red or green light, but both do help my muscles. They only downside is I have to be careful when using on myself or I will accidentally hit the power button. I love this weird little scraper, and had no idea how much I needed it!

This is a decent gua sha style massager, but I would not really call it a deep massage tool. It does vibrate, and it has different modes and intensity levels, but the vibration is more of a buzzing sensation than an actual massage. The heat feature does warm up some, but I would not describe it as a real heater; it mostly just keeps the metal part from feeling cold against the skin. Battery life has been okay, not amazing but good enough for normal use. The biggest benefit for me is using it on my wife’s feet since she has plantar fasciitis and likes a lot of hard pressure on the bottoms of her feet. Instead of digging in with just my thumbs, this lets me apply pressure across more of my hand, which makes it easier on me while still giving her some relief. Overall, it is useful for light relief and applying pressure, just don’t expect it to feel like a strong massage gun or a true heated massage tool. Decent value and easy to use

This massager reminded me of the butter knife- like tools that they used in physical therapy. I didn’t know about gua sha as a thing otherwise. It charges up fast. It heats up a little slower than I expected, but Kidds decently warm. It has options for other features like near infrared, and I can’t comment on whether that’s actually real or helpful. What I can’t say is it has a fairly high frequency vibration which doesn’t feel like much. It also goes through its battery fast. It’s not huge, so it can’t have that big of a battery, and especially when you have the heat on it only lasts for about 20 minutes. Not awful, but not my favorite either. It does have a handy charging station/stand

This 6-in-1 heated muscle scraper turned out to be one of those gadgets that's just plain fun to use. My wife and I both gave it a try, and we came away genuinely impressed. It feels well made, the controls are straightforward, and it offers enough different modes and intensity levels to find something that works for different muscle groups.

My favorite feature was the radio frequency (RF) mode. Whether it was the warmth, vibration, or combination of technologies, it simply felt the most effective and comfortable. The vibration and heat together made it a nice tool to use after workouts or just at the end of a long day.
